Before co-founding Deal Institute, he worked with owners and operators navigating growth and transition, developing a deep understanding of what business leaders really value - stability, legacy, and genuine options that respect what they’ve built.

Ricardo is often the first friendly voice owners hear from Deal Institute. He specializes in opening respectful, low-pressure conversations with independent business owners, helping introduce credible succession options and answering early questions. Ricardo’s approach is personal and thoughtful - focused on listening first, understanding each owner’s situation, and making sure every interaction feels human, not transactional.
